We are big fans of the FirstUp quickshelter sold by Walmart. Ours cost $79 on sale and we added the screen set and solid=wall set for $29 each. I actually like the 40 lbs because they're strong enough to leave set up for a week at a time.
Our sig photo shows the simple canopy we sewed up to rainproof the connection to the FirstUp. The FirstUp doors attach to the canopy and the van to bugproof the connection with a skirt added to the van. About $50 and strong because all 4 corners are attached to van or quickshelter.
We only use what conditions call for. No bugs mean no screens and no rain means no added awning needed.
Love the 10x14 extra space when it is needed. The quickshelter is actually quite manageable for one person to set up---just start by staking one corner with the fancy stakes.
The people near us at the campground were using an "SUV tent" attached to their teardrop trailer and it worked well for them.

We have a pop-up screen room also, made by Frikon. It is 8'X 8' when expanded and is 7' tall. It has a vinyl top and a zippered door. It folds into a 34" x 34" bag and is flat when folded. It will fit over a picnic table w/ benches or will shelter several chairs and a small table. For entertainment after dinner, we sit around and try to fold it back into the bag. Often campground neighbors get involved and it makes a real bonding experience.
