The "it's paid for" line is great. I have the title for my TV and my TT and my DW's minivan. Our stuff ain't the newest or the biggest but it is nice and it's all ours.

We don't owe a nickel on the truck or the fiver and we love it that way! In fact, the only thing we owe on is the house and we're making accelerated payments on that! Life is good! Who cares how old your rig is? If it is still doing what you want it to do, that's a perfect argument for keeping it.

Every year I have two or three stop by my 1/2 ton Chev with my 27 ft. 5th wheel and tell me it is to small to pull it. Two year back down in Tenn. I asked them where they lived. They said about 40 miles south of here. I said well I'm 1300 miles from home. I guess you are might be right I said. After they left I wonder how long that told to soak in?

2005 Chev 5.3 Supercharged 395HP 425 T hp. Two wheels on front, 2 on back. one seat, tint windows. front and rear bumpers, headlights, windows. Door on each side. Heater, floor mats, junk behind seats, some dirt. Pulls so hard.

What ever happened to "if you don't have something nice to say......."????

It was replaced by easy credit and low self esteem, your only value is in what you "own".
.....mostly what you "owe".....also known as subprime RVing......
