My wife and will be pulling our 5th wheel from Scottsbluff NE to Hill City South Dakota at the end of the month. If anyone has suggestions for a good route I would appreciate your insite. I'm concerned with roads with low clearance or steep grades. We are planning to take 18 up. Good road or not?

Steve, if you want to plan your trip, my suggestion is to check the internet. Do a search for "low clearances" and it should be the first one on the list (aitaonline) That's how I plan our trips and we get to travel roads other than interstates! Have fun!
