It's a C. It looks a bit like a Scotty, a bit like my Tiger CX 4x4, but I've not seen anything exactly like it. The Craigslist header says it's a Bandit.

Putting Google to work... Bandit motorhomes only gets me one on the Toyotamotorhomes.com 4x4 page.

Hmmm...more Googling...Bandit Motorcoaches, 1000 Airport Road
Stephenville, TX 76401, 940-864-5576. No web page found yet.

If what the Craigslist seller says is true, it's a steal at $40K.

I looked earlier for their web page, and it looks like they don't have one.

I kind of like it. Maybe add some air bags to bring up the back end a little. Do you think it has a hitch extension? How long? Looks about as long as our 11'3" so it must have around a 42" extension, or would the frame be longer? Hmmmm. $40K - that's more than what we got invested, but I still have the truck if needed. Nah - I like the versatility of the TC/truck combo.

The frame is probly extended. Motorhomes frames usually are, as are commercial chassis-cab frames with long work bodies. No hitch extension would be needed.

Host RV makes a few models, both 2wd and 4wd on the F550 chassis. Base pricess atart at $146k and go up from there.

My Tiger CX is a 4x4 C on a Chevy 2500 HD chassis. Newer Tigers are on 3500 HD or Ford F-350. Under 20 feet long. Like a TC, but not. Great for those of us who don't need a truck, just an RV. More storage. Also not as tall and a lower center of gravity than the average TC. A Tiger costs a lot less than a Host. Current Tiger CX base price $76,750. Tiger factory website

There still is the fact, you can't slide it off and use your truck for every day things: hauling sacks of concrete, your kid's furniture...stuff like that.

My kids are old enough to have their own kids haul furniture for them. :-)

This company used to make a similar unit. I dont know if they are still in business or not, the original company was sold.

I think the Dodge chassis were overloaded and they then switched to F450s and 550s...
