I have a model 7333d8664 AC unit that is having problems. It runs on fan mode fine, but as soon as you switch it to cool, the compressor sounds like it runs for about 10 seconds and then the 20AMP breaker in the house trips. Could this be a bad run capacitor? The wiring diagram shows a start capacitor for the fan motor and a run capacitor for the compressor.

More than likely a run cap. With rare exception, if a compressor is going to trip a breaker, it's going to hapen right at start-up when it's drawing LRA. I've had AC's with this symptom and it's almosr always been a run cap..
