Well, I now have another awning problem to solve. It seems that the white plastic motor cover no longer wanted to be a part of the rest of the awning and departed the motorhome somewhere on the local freeway. I hope it's happy 'cause I'm not!
It is an A&E Oasis, vintage 2002 that came with the coach. I called A&E and they don't stock parts for it anymore. Called the 2 places they said to check with, no go. Does anyone have a dead awning with the motor cover intact? I will buy the cover from you. Unfortunately I can't post a photo since I don't have the part anymore, but I do have the part number from A&E. Any suggestions?

I second Marks RV. I got my A & E stuff from them twice. You may need to call them. Some of the parts from the Oasis and Sunchaser are interchangeable, and some are not. They will be able to tell you which.

I sent an email to Marks and am waiting for a response. A&E had given me info about RV Salvage and they don't have the part.

you can try Colaws they are the largest RV salvage that I know.

Update. I have checked with all the above references and no one has the part or even the entire awning. I still need to find this part. The coach looks incomplete without that little motor cover and it's driving me nuts.
Any more ideas on where to find it?

The A&E Oasis power awning model # is: 962CQ56065. The part number for the "Cover, Wench Front" is 3109549.059B and is item 17 on the parts listing. Unit is white. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of the part cause I don't have the part anymore. You can see the awning on the photo of my coach (see my profile) over the door, but I don't think you can tell much at that distance.
I will buy the part or a whole awning even if the motor's bad or the cloth is shot. I just want the cover.
