DW and 2 pups and me will be going out Thu evening and staying through Mon AM at Logan Landing on Lake Logan Martin in Ala.
One DD is working at Wally World Fri, Sat & Sun. The other just delivered new DGS - Jackson - last Fri and will be home along with DGD & SIL for holiday. DS says he may come over with his buddy that shares the apt Fri. So it looks like we'll pretty much be there on our own (along with 3 or 4 hundred folks) for the holiday.
I'm looking forward to 3 days of "laid back" and "rest".
Safe travels to all and good camping. If you're staying home - stay cool.

Taking 5'er and boat to West Point Lake near LaGrange GA (AL/GA state line). Several other families going. They shot fireworks on Fri night and our site is directly across lake from county park they shot from. We'll get to enjoy the fireworks without being on water with all the "over celebrated" folks. I had to stay up until midnight the max days out to reserve this site. I hit reserve button at 12:01am

No, not going out this weekend, will be busy packing up the RV.
But next Wednesday the 9th, we head out on a two week trip. Going to Stephen Foster SP, then up to Cartersville, GA. Then on to E. Tennessee. Get to visit the in-laws and other family(the out-laws). Then we will be ready to head back to Florida.

Absolutely!! We are leaving tomorrow morning for the southern coast of maine with 8 other families! Is always a great time and we can't wait.
