Is anyone else having trouble getting on the new website? I have not been able to get on it since they started using the new website. It accepts my email address and password then switches to a page that wants me create a display/user name. I put in my user name that I've been using for a long time and it tells me another member is using that user name. I have emailed them 3 times telling them that member that name belongs to is me and they won't let me on with it. I've complained that I'm becoming more perturbed and frustrating with every attempt and getting no response from them to any of my emails.

same problem....but we can still enjoy on this site without the distractions

Same problem. Cut my link with Good Sam and entered thru rv.net, no problem.

I have had the same problem, changed my user name and got in, not all features work, do not think they tested it out before going live.

Messed up a good site. Wish they would stop trying to do everything on the internet since a majority of members do not go on line.

Ditto. I cannot make that site work even though it welcomes me by name. Used to get here from there but now come direct. More efficient.

I haven't even been able to get the site to open for the last three days - say nothing of logging in (which hadn't been a problem)

Possibly poor web master?
Don't use Firefox 3.0, use IE until they realize the problem. I'm able to log in with IE. They may have used some "ActiveX" programming, I didn't check though.

I use IE and have the same problem. I just created a new username since it said my name is already being used, DUH! Seems to work now. This forum and the GS pages have a multitude of problems. I guess the IT guys could use some help? I would imagine it is the same people since it is the same company.
