I tried that Portal a few times and then realized the reason I could not get 'in the door' was cause my GS dues are not paid!
Oh Well. Hope they stop sending me e-mails and snail mail junk!

Thanks everyone for letting me know I'm not the only one. It really is a bummer when you're a member and they won't let you on. At least I can come directly to here for the forums. Oh yeah, still have received no replies to any of my emails. Guess they don't know how to do that right either.

I have had trouble with it too. I did get on but the new trip planner sucks and I couldn't get on this forum through them. I e-mailed them twice with no response. The last time I told them if the trip planner was no good and I couldn't get on this forum they were no use to me and I would cancel and get my towing insurance elsewhere.

It made me change my name. I am just glad that they know how to time everything right - waiting until the middle of summer vacations to mess up their website - not the smartest thing to do if you want to build friends.

Had the exact same hangup with both Goodsam and TLDirectory. Now I just come in through RVnet.
Puller: '04 HD2500 4x4 SB,EC Duramax/Allison. Airaid intake, 4in. exhaust turbo back, ORU leveler.

I am sorry to hear that some of you are experiencing difficulties accessing and using the new website. What we discovered is if the email address and password you registered with on the Good Sam Club website differs from the email address and password you used to register at the Forums, you cannot use the same display/user name on both the Forums and the Good Sam site. Here are a couple of suggestions:
- If the Display Name you want to use is already taken when you register for the first time on the new Good Sam website, try adding a number at the end of the name.
- If you use the same password and email address on both sites you should not be having any display/user name or log-in issues.
- In the interim, if you are unable to access and post on the forums through the Good Sam Website, use the www.rv.net/forum website address.
- We are aware of the trip routing issues. In the meantime, you can use our Interim Trip Routing Program.
Please be assured that our web development team is working round the clock to finalize enhancements to the site and fix any issues. If you are unable to log in, create a display name or access sections of the site, please email a detailed explanation of the problem to administrator@goodsamclub.com.

Well, it still doesn't work. Even with re-registering I cannot get to the forum. I'm just writing it off as long as there are other routes.

Shure there are work-arounds to get there but the changes have made it difficult. I use a Mac so IE isn't an option. The new blog site has it's quirks also. Can't even find a date on a post there, so have no idea what's new. Leaving a comment doesn't seem to help either. New isn't always better, especially when it's not done right.

I used the same email address, password and display/user name that I have always used on the Good Sam Club website and went to these forums from there. The member it tells me is already using that display/user name is ME. I am Skye in the Patriot Guard Riders. I chose PGR_skye as a display/name when I first joined Good Sam because I knew there wasn't another PGR_skye and evidentally there wasn't because I was allowed to use it. If someone else were to have tried to get it they would have been told it was already been in use by another member - me, the one, the only PGR_skye. Now I can't use the Good Sam Club website and I will not change my display/user name because it has always been mine, not someone else's. Yes, I get to the forums via rv.net. No, I cannot use any of the benefits from the GSC website that my membership supposedly assures me are available. Why don't you go back to the original website and make all of us happy campers?
