After a shackle broke on my TT. I am in the middle of installing the ez flex

My question is I have everything torqued correctly but one of the shackles at the ez flex has a little bit of play......should I be concerned about this?

UPDATE:

I put the wheels back on and now it feels tight....can't wiggle it

I suspect it is because it is now under load...anyone else run in to this?

I don't think it is suppose to be real tight. Mine had variations during install also.

Thanks ....i'm stating the other side now

I seem to remember some of the original shackles were a little loose unloaded

So far it has not been a hard job just the prep work......I assuming the other side will go faster now I have done one side done

When you take it out for a road test, let us know what you think of it. I know I liked my ride better, and like the fact I can keep it greased.

Has anyone experienced more trailer sway after adding this suspension?

vacuumbed,

thanks for the tip on the tool rental - I'm sure that will be useful for other members... For myself, it's another tool for my collection ...

Glad to see so many of our members are having success with this mod...
