DW and I just returned from 5 nights each at James Sloppy Floyd, Cloudland Canyon, and Fort Mountain State Parks. While we own a blue tote we did not take it with us. The showers in all three of these parks were clean. We just wear our shower shoes.
I guess your other alternatives are to buy a blue tote, go to the dump station when your tank fills up, or stay at a private park with full hookups.
Good luck, we enjoyed our trip.

Anything north of the gnat line is north GA to some of us. Others draw that line at Atlanta. While Hart State Park isn't the north GA MOUNTAINS, but it most certainly is in north GA.
We stayed @ GA's High Falls State Park last April -- and it had grey water dumps about every other site. You can see some pics of sites and example of the Grey Water Dump here.
I'm unsure how many ther GA State Parks have these, but if I were you I'd consider investing in a Blue Tote then you won't worry about it. We have one and it works great. We only use it for grey water.
But I have to tell you -- I'd choose one of GAs COE CGs over High Falls SP anyday. Especially Old Federal -- beautiful place.

Old Federal is our favorite campground...and we're lucky to have it 9 miles from home....Very hard to get into without reservations though, especially in the summer.

Unicoi State Park has a few sites (10 maybe) with sewer. We stayed there for a weekend last year. Didn't like those sites. They are all in a very tight line. We had to step into the neighboring site to hook up our electricity. They are that close together!
