Lovebug decorated the inside of our trailer. It takes her longer to set up her little nick-knacks than it does for me to get things set up outside.

We have quite a few "vintage" accessories like vintage drink coaster, napkins, kitchen towels and a few other mics items. We also have a couple pink flamingo wind chimes outside and a 3x5 American Flag.

We like it.

Christmas tree in winter, name tag the rest of the time anything else is to much.

I have spoken,

But like everything else no one listens.

So do what ever you like.

I have seen two basic kind of campers:
- those who camp to "get back to nature" (they're the ones out on the hiking trails, back where no one else goes) and;
- those who own the travel trailer as a second home. These are the decorators.

Who's to say which kind is better? Paint a huge pink flamingo on the side of your trailer and ENJOY!

We have awning lights(the big ones) and we have a free-standing "street-light" DH made. It will eventually have a carved sign with our name, but for now it's just the light. Very dim, and we disconnect at dark. As for the awning lights, we put them up once, had to put the awning up due to wind and the lights haven't been seen since. If we would be gone longer than a weekend I suspect they might be seen again, but that will be a while from now.

We don't go overboard with our decorations. Some lights, a couple of signs, and that's about it.

Just the necessities. If it does not store nicely in one of the storage areas, it does not belong. No pictures on the walls or nic/naks. If our unit was not new, I would probably have a different point of view concerning decorating.

We just have a pair of tiny windchimes, one hanging from each end of the awning. They can't be heard out of our site, but are nice to hear while we're sitting under our awning.

Camping at Halloween we put out a jack-o-lantern.

I'd say when you are tired of getting it out and putting it away, its too much. Otherwise, go for it! I love walking around the camp ground looking at everyones stuff. More power to you.
