I'm always on the lookout for good pub food and a good beer to accompany it. My favorite so far is from Fort Bragg, California at North Coast Brewing. The French Dip sandwich was excellent and for the adventurous, Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout is great. The stout is not for the faint of heart, and many think it's awful because of it's infinitely strong flavor...
Where is your favorite place for pub food and beer? I could always use another stop!

If you ever make it Michigan stop in at Arts Tavern in Glen Arbor, good food and great times in a little northern Michigan town.www.artsglenarbor.com. I highly recomend it.
Great wife, son, dogs, and camping experiences to remember for a lifetime. Life is short, go camping!!!

If any of you ever get to Sioux Falls SD, Granite City is a great place. They brew their own beer and the food is GREAT. Try the Northern Light beer.

...maybe you could try something like my wife and I are doing this summer: a growler tour. Every time we go camping, we stop at a brewpub (BP) on the way and have our 1/2 gallon growler filled. Thus far, our favorite BP in Oregon has been the Pelican Brewpub in Pacific City.
