Hey all... I'm not exactly sure what the cause was, but we traveled about 300 miles yesterday and had no problems whatsoever. I did change out the fuel filter and we had a fresh tank of gas. I don't know much about the IAC, but my best guess is condensation in the line or restricted flow in the fuel filter.

Thanks to all who offered advice! BTW, I noticed a considerable increase in fuel MPG by going 55 instead of 65 as I normally do. Trip took a little longer, but it was satisfying thinking about all the $$$ saved!

The morals of this episode are carry a spare fuel filter and don't store without first filling the gas tank.
