i have the Voyager VOM-75N rear camera and monitor. it will accept 2 inputs. i find that when traveling with the toad, leaving the monitor on all i see is the toadis it fesable to mount another camera on/in my CR-V and run the wires through the plug back to the MH monitor. i'm hoping this can be done so i will have a better estiment of distance when i pass someone.
thanks in advance.

Sure you could. You could even make it wireless for an easy install.
WalMart and others sell them pretty cheap. Power the transmitter with the toad battery and the receiver will mount behind the monitor.

Have you considered adjusting the angle (elevation) of the camera? My camera has motorized adjustment.

How to you make a regular camera into a wireless?

did you just hang a wire from the camera to under the hood of the toad?

I bought the walmart cheapy and everyone said it needs a repeater and it won't work on a MH. So I went to the RV store and bought a real back up camera. Only thing the RV store failed to mention they want 1,000 to hook it up. After just spending 3,000 for the toad I'd sure like to know an easy way to hook it up myself for 'free'!.

$1000 to install is probably about right. I've got my mh in now for warranty replacement of the camera monitor and it's supposedly hard wired in the monitor and cable runs the lenght of the mh to the rear camera. Book time to r&i is 9.5 hours.
