Yes you can use Spic N Span on it. All I ever used was a cleaner like 409 or Fantastic.

I have always (5 years now) cleaned the rubber roof on my trailer with Protect All's rubber roof cleaner and then applied Protect All's rubber roof sealer. You can buy the stuff in some WalMart stores.

Spic and Span works very well on most (if not all) rubber roofs.. It is a lot like cleaning a kitchen floor

Mop, Pail, Water, Spic & Span

The major difference is you can skip the mop and pail for the rinse cycle

Did mine a couple weeks ago

Finished the rig.... Today

Nice and shiny now

I'm going to wax it soon as I get it off it's winter site
(Too dangerous using a step ladder where it's parked)

Home is where I park it.

I also use this mixture (50/50)...seems to work good!

Just Dawn dish soap. Alpha says no oil based cleaners on their rubber roofs.

Dawn is a good product and I have used it too. I believe the concern is with petroleum based products. Most EPDM rubber roof manufactures warn against using petroleum or citrus based products. FYI Murphy's Oil Soap is a vegetable based soap product.
