We are having problems with our new norcold refrigerator door not latching. We have to raise the door up fron the bottom to get it to latch all the way. Any idea how we can fix this problem? Thanks

Sounds like the hinges need adjusting, loosen the screws and lift the door and re tighten the screws.

I have had success in the past adjusting a refer door by adding a washer to the bottom of the hinge pin. Raises the door just enough.

we just picked the motorhome up last saturday. Its new. So I think its on the way back to the dealer this week. we have a couple more problems also with the MH. thanks for the information.
