AshGuy's assessment is fair and not too likely to provoke a fight between Loyalists of different brands.
A good idea is to compare floor-pans and features of all brands. Even better; if possible look at one of each brand. Pleasureway will send you a DVD showing the construction process, which I found very helpful.
Between floor-plans there are trade-offs between livability and drivability. Some designs are great for two and not so good for more passengers. If you provide for more comfort for passengers you will likely give up room for camping or storage. But needs vary so there in no one best design
There are a myriad of details that vary. E.g.: While I believe the Pleasureway and LTV are comparable in build quality, I happen to like the way LTV attaches the rear sofa allowing me more under-seat cargo options. I think the curved cabinets in the Pleasureway are more attractive; but have slightly less space.
I would have been happy with any of the rear-sofa Canadian Vans; or with the Gulfstream at a 6-8 grand savings.
The best buy trumps all in this group of very good RVs. That will depend on many variables such as Dealer stock in your area.
Last year after July New Sprinter RVs from all the brands were available at $15,000 off MSRP. We got our LTV Free Spirit through the Factory at $20,000 below MSRP; although it had 5,000 DEMO miles on it from a Factory sponsored Rally. We could have had another Free Spirit from an AZ dealer for the same $20,000 off; although it had a hideous (to us) color combo in the interior.
The more you shop, the more you will like your purchase as time wares on!

Reply:

Yes I received an offer on RVDirect an offer of 20,000 on a brand new 2008 Roadtrek RS Adventurous or $83,000. And, that was before the manufacturer upped the new buyer incentive.
