We are getting into camping in places with no hook-ups. would like some help on what a Honda EU2000 (or tandem EU2000) will run I have looked at the specs and can read them but would like to know what all will work at the same time. I have a Honda 5000 and it will run 2 TV,lights and AC all at the same time but it is way too loud. Am looking to sell it and buy 1 or maybe 2 2000's. Is anybody used them?

Check out the Yamaha inverter type also. You might like the Yamaha 3000I.

My eu2000i honda runs my entire rv except U have to cut off the ac before U use the microwave. It runs from 9 pm til 8 am running the ac but if U use a 1500 watt heater it only runs about 6 hours. If U get a eu2oooi honda generator U'll need an auxiliary gas tank unless U want to be bothered w/putting gas in during the night-especially during the winter.

Honda eu2000is in tandem will run an entire 30 amp RV. With a single one, you may or may not be able to run your air conditioner depending upon a lot of factors. It should run almost anything else.

I have a 4000 watt Generac that runs anything 240v up to 20 amps, including welder, plasma cutter, air compressor and RV AC. Two 2000-watt units should put out about the same.

If it is a 30 amp RV the two hondas will have plenty of power for everything you normally run.

2 EU2000i's will run your RV including AC. 1 may or may not run your AC. Great little units...

You cant go wrong with the hondas. Start with 1 and add a second if you need it. I had the eu1000 just to charge batts and now have the Yamaha 2400is and can run 13,500 ac etc. . Yamaha also is a great unit.
