Reveye when did you order your JT,s Mine are supposedly stuck at the port. I did order from a different supplier. Dyer is the company name if I spelled it right. How much were yours from Tweetys also?

One other bit of advice...when setting your trailer, lower the rear jacks first and snug them to the ground, bring the trailer "almost" to level. Then raise the front of the fiver all the way to level. This will "load" the rear jacks...they don't do anygood unless they have pressure on them. Afterwards, tighten all the T handles on the JT's. This will help to make the unit as solid as possible.

I ordered mine from Tweety's and paid $299. I ordered them on June 22, Even though their website said they were on backorder till the 30th, I still had them within 3 days. I had even received a phone call from them saying they were on backorder. They still got there in record time. 3 days from order to receipt wasn't bad at all.
Good advice on setting the rear first!!

Yup that's what JT say in their 'blurb'.
They also say to nudge the front jacks a tad afterwards
to snug up the connectors. Didn't do that my 1st time out
and it took us 10 minutes to work out that the squeak was
from the front JT connection to the frame. A quick 'bump'
on the jacks and it was rock solid.

They look great, ordered mine this weekend. In looking at my setup on my Wyoming the propane lines run very close to where the left side front to rear strongarm will mount. Has anyone had any issues once the strongarms are in the retract position with the propane lines? I think once the mounting bracket is installed it will hang down enough to where it won't interfere. Can't wait to install them.

I do it this way and just alittle different than the above post.
I raise the front to almost level. Lower the rear stabilizers and turn the T handle on the JT. Then raise the front to tighten the connections to take the play out. I now tighten the front T handle and again raise the front to do the same thing tighten the front connections. I will now have the fifth level. The trick is to know how low to have the front in the beginning. This isn't real important for a weekend trip but we sit for 6 months each winter and like it perfect or close to it. I only tell this because it seemed the story might be putting a bigger load on the rear than needed. Awesome product and you will enjoy them.

To eliminate the need to drill any holes check out the stabilizers made by Winfield RV Products. Their stabilizers mount using the existing holes in your front landing gear and sissor jacks. Vey easy to install and will make your unit rock solid. The web site is www.winfieldrvproducts.com.

I have the JT's on my Eagle and just finished two weeks camping in British Columbia and I followed the instructions to a "T", but I am not fully satisfied with the results. I still have lots of movement in my 5th. I plan on several more trips this summer so will play with it before I give my final results.
