WOW That's a Long Year!
Yeah, I'd like to live in a place that had 56 weeks per year! More bang for your buck, you might say!

I understand. I used to work enough overtime to cram 15,16, months into a year

Want to do the same thing in a year or two. Have not decided where to put the S&B, But it won't be here. Well it will be here for a while until we find somewhere that feels like home. Gotta lotta lookin' to do. Warm is good.

If Bakersfield is not warm enough, I just come back from Las Vegas week-long vacation. It cooled down before we left down to 102F.
Lot of foreclosures not to mention thousands of new units in new City Center.

The only downside is that you will be traveling in summer when everyone else is traveling. And it gets surprisingly hot in most of the country, we have found. Fall is good, though, just about anywhere.

The problem here is that if you travel during the winter; you are limited to only the warmer states and they are very crowded and the rates are always higher.....

We currently live in Arizona, are retiring in April, plan on keeping the house here, and leaving in the summer months. I would think living up north and leaving a house set in winter would be hard if you forgot to winterize something. Do not have to worry about that here in Arizona.

Happy RVing
