We said the heck with it and let it fly without the hose.........after all we have the stomachs for doing it that way now. Nearly everyone we know lets the poo fly.........of course it is hillarious when someone who doesn't know that we are seasonals at the CG, is there in line at the dump watching this scene. Imagine........pull up to the dump in your rig and there we are, the regulars with the blue tank hitched to the golf cart, unhitching and letting it all out sans the hose.......rinsing it all down the drain......... I know that sounds gross to some but it's a lot faster than the whole connect the hose, lift the tank, drain, rinse, repeat,....................
sorry it not only sounds gross but is gross...
many CG's would ask you to leave if the saw you letting it fly... I applaud them for that...
I doubt it is any or much faster doing that way either... if you ask me it's a excuse for being _____....

Yes, I realize that it is gross, and most places wouldn't let that happen. Actually I was just being a bit sarcastic when I posted. I have seen too many people actually do this way too much. What really happened to us was we had no choice but to let it fly yesterday..........it was hot and the idiot who was driving the honey wagon left it parked right in the way of everyone who was in line to dump so none of our hoses would reach the hole. So there were three of us who had to do this so we could get our chore done and go home. The tractor was out of gas and the idiot driver left to go to town (10 miles away) to get gas...........sometimes you have to do what you have to do..........and for those who were in line with us, we all hope management did see this, and will realize that it was done to make a point..........not to mention my complaint that I filed as I was leaving too.
On the first trip with 5er in sig, I went to dump at the end of trip, and found out the all 3 dump valves had been in the open position for the entire time. Boy that stuff sure rushes out the pipe when the cap is removed. Apparently, the dealer left them in the open position after the PDI. I can only blame myself for not checking them prior to the trip.
