Depends on how you're using the cookware. For backpacking the best is titanium. VERY light and VERY expensive. I use it for back country canoeing too since as I get older I'm less inclined to portage heavy packs. Did I mention VERY expensive?

Titanium is my first choice too - when I'm too old for camping I'll make an Ultralight out of my Dutch Oven and fly away.
