Jim Fenner and the Heartland Service group are great!!
As this post shows, most problems stem from crappy dealer service...Heartland is wonderful about stepping up and making things right...can't ask for more than that!
I have talked to Jim about getting a few things fixed and it was done.I'm a long way from a dealer but he authorized the repairs to be fixed where we are.Jim and heartland has been very good to us.
I have had very few problems with my Heartland, but those I had were fixed properly and without hesitation. Heartland is a great company, however it take more than a great company, you also need a good dealer. It sound to me that the dealer may be a big part of the problem.
