The awning on the 5er is getting hard and brittle needs to be replaced. It is starting to separate and allows water to get inside the fabric causing large bubbles that I had to pncnture a hole in to let the water drain out. Does anyone know a good place to order replacement fabric? It is an A & E brand awning and is 20' long.

I'm sure you could get one from A&E. You might also try RV salvage places.

Id like to find a good place for the cloth looking acrylic awning fabric to replace the vinyl. My buddy has it on his motorhome and I like it.

Just replaced the fabric on my Care Free of Colorado awning. $600.00 from Care Free. I am sure you can get it cheaper some where else. My size is 15x8.

Several months ago, someone posted that they had a local upholstery shop make them a new one.

You can buy a complete awning for less than 600. I replaced a 19 ft fabric for a little over 100. Bought it at a local shop in AZ. I have to replace a 16 ft complete awning, 350 to 550 at AZ Salvage in Phoenix. Putting it on will be another deal. When you do locate one, clean the slide on the reel with your water hose, it will fill with dirt over time and make it difficult to pull the old fabric out.
