Sunline made one, but sadly they have gone out of business. You might be able to find a used one. It is called the Sunline Advancer. Here's a link to the brochure.

If you go to http://www.winnebagoind.com/products/commercial/ that's the special section for Ability equiped motor homes.
From my understanding they can modify quite a few of the units and they have pics of some of the mods.

You might try www.horizonsrv.com but it may cost mucho bucks to get them to build what you want/need.

Depending on what you want to spend, any of the custom builder like Spacecraft or Teton and a few others, will build one to meet your needs.
As has been mentioned, a custom unit won't be cheap tho.
