I haven't written in awhile because I've been to horse shows, clinics and trainers. Just had a stop at the Prescott Frontier days last week and you'd never guess how many stories I heard about tire problems on the side of the road with a trailer full of horses! Most of the folks that compete in Rodeo events travel far and wide for points to qualify for the NFR in Las Vegas. Families stay in the parking lot all week to compete and I wonder how many check there tires before leaving to the next destination? I wouldn't go anywhere without my tire pressure monitor! You push the button while on the road to get current updates of tires in question and don't have to be stuck in the middle of nowhere after the mechanics have gone home for the day to fix a flat. I purchased PressurePro from a mobile dealer at a horse clinic. I called the distributor for more sensors and found they have a website www.tirepressuremonitor.com

Thanks for the link and your opinion of it.
How did you do at the shows?

I have been thinking about buying one of these after my fiasco of blowouts and flats. Actually missed a show because of it. I thought I read somewhere that you can actually have it read both the MH and your trailer or toad, is that true?

Did you install it yourself or have it installed?

My stop at Prescott was not to compete this time but to relax and enjoy the show. They had a great clown/comedian called the Wild Child from Utah. Several days it rained of course but the best event was the Wild horse race at the beginning of each performance. My friends from Wickenburg where there www.txlctile.com to display there western product. Had to stop in and see them, hadn't seen them since last Dec in Las Vegas(NFR) during Cowboy Marketplace at the Mandalay Bay.

Anyway you can install the system in about 20 minutes. Start with the tow or trailer first then add more at any time in the future. I started with the horse trailer then got 4 more for the Ford 350.
Won't leave home without the peace of mind.

Had to smile when I saw that you posted under RV Pet Stop. Can't imagine telling my opinionated Iclandic gelding (thinks that he is a stallion and head of the heard) that he is a "pet"!

I have a business making things for people that ride horses so I hear a lot about accidents involving truck and horse trailers.. We found out about USRIDER.ORG. They are a wonderful towing service for Equestrians. They make arrangements for trailering and towing people that have horses in an emergency. We don't have horses (yes they do take anyone's money...grin) but have used them many times with just great results. We have had this insurance for many years and haven't heard any negetive comments about them at all. I always urge people that have horses to look into this service.

Couldn't find any other place to post instead of Pet My horses vary from 2 Desert donkeys up to 2 Belgian Mares, QH in between. The point of my post was safe travel with pets be it horses down to the goldfish in a bowl. I have several that travel with me not fish but dogs as well so Pet was the obvious choice. Our horses average 1300# so four of them in a trailer on the side of the road late at night with a flat, not this gal! Icelandic's are still horses even though they might be shorter, still equine and safety is the key to a wonderful traveling experience. The horror stories and pictures made me a believer in www.tirepressuremonitor.com
