I'm sure this is a stupid question but after asking my family members and friends and they were not sure either, I thought I'd put it out there.
So after some research it seems as though you can buy LP Gas at a gas station. We have a motorhome where the tank is connected so you just pump it right into there.
I did see at a local station a tank away from the regular gas labeled Ferrell Gas (I'm assuming that's the company). But I wanted to check with you all if that is indeed LP Gas.

Yes that is LP gas. The station will have a person to handle the hose.
Have a great time camping,

First let me welcome you to the forum.
LP Gas is propane. It should be labeled.

The separate tank at the gas station is probably LP gas. I have several gas stations in my area that have LP tanks. I have also found that a lot of U-Haul truck rental centers have them as well as Flying J stations on the highway.
I've never had much trouble finding a place to fill the tanks.

Thank you all so much not only for the quick reply but for not making me feel stupid. It seemed like a no brainer question but this is our first motorhome and we're learning along the way.

This is very true, at lest for me as I learn a easier/better way to do things all the time, not only in RVing but on the job as well.

The only stupid question is one where I don't know the answer because it makes me look stupid!

That is indeed a Propane gas provider. (LP)
Here in Michigan I've found that in some areas it seems nearly every filling station is just that.. They can fill your gas tank, They can fill up your Diesel tank, and they can fill your propane tank
In other parts of the state.. NO PROPANE
U-Haul works though They got gas
Nothin adds excitment like something that is none of your business

Co-ops like MFA in the US, and propane companies seperate from vehicle service stations, tend to have lower prices, I've found over the years.
