In my KZ Escalade exists an ice maker that has been making a whole lot of ice in the past 18 months. This month the ice maker quit making ice. Any one shed any light on this situation. I do not know the brand of refrig in the unit just that it is a double refrig unit with the water dispenser in the left door which works fine. thank you KP
Did you try letting the unit throughly thaw out, dry off everything you can reach, then start it up again? sometimes they will freeze a little excess water in such a way as to prevent the tray from dropping ice. If that doesn't work, I'm out of suggestions. We had to replace ours last year - about $125.
Your refrig is a Norcold and my ice maker in my Escalade has been working fine for 3 years, make sure the arm is down, and do what Joy said, thaw all old frost build up out of that compartment, my wife does this regularly but your unit has a 2 year warranty take it back to the dealer if all else fails
