Would someone please explain the different types of toilets available in a TT. Went to a RV show today, one had a sprayer attached..have an idea what it is for, but why did others not have it ? hate to sound so ignorant over something so simple, but i really do not know. thanks for your help

Because by nature RV toilets do not hold a lot of water in them when you use it they tend to get "messy". The sprayer helps clean up the "mess."

The sprayer is a nice option....some don't have it. Some would have you use the shower sprayer, if the toilet is close enough. Depends on variables.

Some folks here have even aftermarket plumbed in a toilet bowl sprayer...one of the many things on my own "to do" list!

While the sprayer may be nice....for whatever you choose to use it for.....it certainly wouldn't be a "deal breaker" when looking for an RV.
And, you could always negotiate with the dealer to install a toilet of your choice when you purchase an RV. Some folks prefer a china model versus the standard plastic model.

I added a sprayer. Maybe necessity has something to do with diet?
But I found the need for a sprayer!

The sprayer from the RV store will cost you $39.00.
You can buy the same thing at Home Depot for $9.00.
