There are basically 3 types "Sea-Land" is most common in RV's with plumbing, These may or may not have a sprayer.. The reason is that they don't have that great RUSH of water home toilets have so you can "Spray Down" the bowl
Some trailers have "porta-potties" COmpletly self contained.. You don't want one if you don't have to
And finally some are now coming with "macerator" toilets. These babies are fantastic, They can PUMP the waste from wherever they are to wherever the tank is (About 20' in my rig, I have one Macerator One Sea-Land)
Of course if the macerator malfunctions it is a Haz-Mat job to fix it
But It sure is nice.. Sit, think, push button, Job done.

From the manufacturer, the toilet uses fresh water.
There was a thread not to long ago discussing the idea of using the grey water to flush the toilet. The general consensus was that the grey water would smell to bad (after sitting around) to be used to flush the toilet.
