I'm looking for an alcoholic drink that you can make up ahead of time and keep in your freezer and when your ready to drink it, just scoop it out and drink or add sprite to it.

Frozen margaritas in buckets are good too. You can mix either tequila or sprite in them.

I made lemon-lime jello shots with Everclear once and they didn't gel. I ended up putting it into the freezer and it got slushy. It stayed in the freezer for a couple of months before I found someone who would drink it mixed with Sprite.

No,the correct name is Summer Slushie, there was a request for this just last week, here it is again

One 12 oz. can of frozen OJ concentrate
One 12 oz. can of frozen lemonade concentrate
One 46 oz. can of Dole pineapple juice
2 or 3 cups of your favorite rum OR vodka

Mix the above ingredients together and freeze. Do NOT add any water. The
alcohol will keep the mixture from freezing solid, and will allow you to
scoop it out easily with an ice cream scooper.

Fill a glass halfway with the frozen ingredients, and add 7-Up the rest of
the way. Stir and enjoy!

One of the best things about this cocktail is that you can prepare it well
in advance, store it in your freezer and scoop it out as you need it,
without spending a lot of time in your galley!

I'm not much of a drinker, but I think I'd use Midori as the alcohol there. Sounds great.

This sounds delicious! I'm highly allergic to orange juice but I bet even cranberry juice would be a good substitute or an can of pink lemonade.

These are great. Skimp a bit on the mint if you don't want it real minty.

Mojito slush
1. In 1 1/2 quart saucepan, heat 3 cups water and 1 cup sugar over medium heat about 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Cool Completely (30 minutes).
2. In 8-cup blender place sugar-water, 3/4 cup fresh lime juice (from about 5 limes), 3/4 cup light rum, and 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves; blend on high speed about 20 seconds.
3. Pour mixture into 3 quart glass baking dish. Freeze 4 to 6 hours, using fork to break apart ice crystals every 2 hours.
4. To serve spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each glass; pour 1/4 cup ginger ale over each. Stir if desired and garnish with mint.

Once it's frozen you can keep it in any type of container. Since it's got the Rum and sugar it never freezes hard.
