Nothing there....but there is Ives Run, Army Corp CG nearby in Tioga, PA....or The Riverside Acres in Wysox, PA.
There is one in Mansfield, PA...too., Bucktail, CG
Yeah, used to live just south of Troy (Granville Summit) and while there is tons of beautiful open fields....not much in the way of CGs.
Here is RV Park Reviews Which has some reviews of a few of the CGs in the area (20 miles).
BradfordCountyTourism.com May be helpful too, though it looks as if most of the campgrounds are to the eastern section of the county. You would be closer with Tioga.
