We are full time and just got a combo unit installed in March.
We love it.. it's the newer larger capacity Splendide with vent and does a great job without sacrificing too much space. We can through in a load and go off and do our thing and when we return it's washed and dried the load.

We currently have the Splendid 2100 after giving up on the Majestic. The new Splendid has a larger capacity and run much quieter than the Majestic. We can wash both sheets and three pillowcases wherease the Majestic one sheet and two pillocases. The Majestic gave out in only 18 months and would have cost me $400+ to fix it. No call when you pay $890 for a Splendid.

We have the stackable Kenmore in our 5th wheel but going to replace it with stackable whirlpool. This kenmore works great and was in our previous 5th wheel but doesn't fit well in our new 5th wheel. Need two front loaders.
I would not consider a all in one machine. I have heard dealers and people that have them, say they don't get clothing dry.

I am so glad I got everyone opinion. The main reason I asked the question, is the group of people we camp with, none have a washer and dryer or have the need for one. This has been so helpful This why I LOVE this website, you ask a question and you get so much help. Thanks again and hope to see some of one out on road.
