Our Pasco watched "Greatest American Dog" last night. Also, loves the "Puppy Bowl" during the Super Bowl.

Many years ago our Heinz 57 watched Lassie and barked when Lassie barked.

My Aussie Chloe watches TV a lot. She likes violent things...gun fire, car crashes, etc. She is fond of Miami Vice and most Death Wish movies (Death Wish 3 in particular). And yes, I am serious.

My dogs don't but one of my cats watches TV. Bailee actually watched the movie Born Free with me last week. She sat next to me and watched it. I thought it was interesting as she doesn't really watch TV otherwise.

our 5yr old pug, Waldo, watches probably too much tv. If a four legged animal walks across the screen to the right, he rund to the foyer, looking for where it would have been.

Simpsons doorbell sounds like ours, sends him running everytime.

When he was a pup, he and I watched Milo and Otis, the pug & cat movie, he whine for the first 20 minutes. Dog Whisperer, he loves it.

I have noticed different dog sounds on TV evoke different barks from Waldo.

Little Lizzi likes the Animal Planet. Big Willow just watches the kitchen hoping for food.

My daughters King Charles watches and barks mainly at quick motion. She saw a wolf on the Planet Earth series and was so involved she climbed under the TV cabinet thinking it was actually there.

One of our dogs does watch TV more than the other one. But they both watch TV. Lucylou is the one that watch TV most. Their favorite programm is "American's funniest videos."

Yup. Ike the Aussie knows every commercial where a dog will be featured (runs up to the screen and waits for his "friend's" arrival) and of course loves anything on Animal Planet.

There used to be a commercial for Jeep, where the family SUV arrives home muddy, and "shakes off" like a dog.....Ike would also shake off, as if the mud was being slung onto him....LOL!

I find it odd that he will run to the TV to see a motionless picture of a dog, but if I show him a photograph of a dog, he shows no recognition. I guess he just figures his "friends" are only found in the "box"?

Chloe also enjoys the "messin with sasquach" commercials by jack link beef jerky....something about bigfoot gets her attention.
