For longer stays in PP I wold book a site close to tap. Bring 100 feet of hose and refill every morning early.

the majority of PP's taps don't have a hose fitting to attach a hose to unless you make some kind of adapter to slip over the tap, I would still get a site close to a tap if I could though just for conveinience.

as for the dump stations,,,, all the parks I have been to (over half of them) have a fresh "potable" water filling tap at the exit part of the dump station area usually about 50 feet away from the dumping point and they usually have a hose attached.

You need a Water Thief.

In contrast, most state parks I've been too have a spigot wich is able to accept a acrew on hose bib.

Its about time someone came up with that,,,lol,,, I made one a about 6 years ago from a dishwasher hose adapter part I found in a small hardwarestore outside tobermory, we were at cypris lake for a week in our old TT and were only 50 feet from a tap, and being cypris lake does not have showers we would go through a tank of water every day and a half (small tank and 4 people showering), however it only lasted about a year befor it burst when trying to push water through 100' of hose up hill, might order that one and see if it makes life a little easier.
