Any experience towing a lifted Cherokee as a toad? Just looking at adding a 3-4" lift with 31" tires and would like to find out if any towing limitations as a toad? We know we will have to keep the tow bar/receiver close to level, etc.
We used to flat tow my Cherokee all the time. I have a trailer now. Mine is lifed with 33's. No issues at all. Make sure the steering wheel is unlocked. What transfer case do you have? 231 or 241?
Thanks Jason, gpt the 231 case. As we will not be doing anything serious(although we did Engineer pass upper and lower in Colorado with the stock setup-could not clear the rocks in Moab) soooo hopeful it will hold up.
