I have a small (about 1 1/2 inch) crack in the bottom of the gray water holding tank. We the tank begins to fill I get a slow drip. Any ideas on repairing the crack rather than having to replace it.
Thanks

Find a body shop that does plastic welding or buy a plastic welder and do it yourself.

Plastic weld would be the best, but JB weld, or a two part epoxy glue will also work. (the type in the twin tubes you mix together.

if you can get at it, I "welded" a crack about that size on the bottom of my winshield washer tank.
I used my kids wood burning "pen" and a couple of the nylon zip ties for a filler.
worked great.

After you repair it, you might consider how to better support and protect the bottom of the tank. Is it rock damage or road stress?

Some epoxies specifically that they are not for use with poly's. I bought a 2 part at an RV shop that was made specifically for repairing plastic tanks. Even JB Weld has their own water epoxy that is specifically made for plastics and wet areas.
