Howard RV was a scam. I paid cash for my RV there in 2003 and it took them 4 months to "find" the paperwork so I could get a license. Didn't take them long to cash the check. The service wasn't much better. It took them an hour to find my RV when I went to pick it up at the scheduled pick up time. Hope everybody that did business there winds up OK.

We recieved a check just today for less than half of the two payments and were TOLD that this is our settlement. WE DIDN'T SETTLE ON ANYTHING.
We know your pain and aggravation. We hope that it all works out for you. Just be patient and unrelenting.
The "settlement" would have been worked out in court, you don't get a chance to voice your objection. A certain amount was available for the unsecured creditors and it's usually much less than the amount owed you. If you got even 50¢ on the $ you got lucky. Sometimes even the secured creditors don't get much.
