Bruce one option could be to fill the water tank and then shut it off and then plug up the power. The use of metal like that is over the top because it could become hot so easy. If they had used plywood covered with plastic, etc it would have been much safer. I agree with your point on extreme danger. MO is officially the "Show Me" state.

A funny story. We were at a swim meet in MO the first of the year and parked in the HS parking lot over night. The first restaurant in sight was named Show Me so I asked a local about it and he said it was not "family" friendly referring to the kids with me.

It took me a while to spot it, but now I know what is wrong.

There's no sewer connection. It should be right between the electrical outlet and fresh water connection.

dave54, the sewer must be right below, just a bad camera angle.

Good thing the 20 amp connector is not a GFI because it might be prone to tripping the power off a lot.

They just need some duct tape to put over the electric when you are disconnecting the water.

As scary as it might seem, I would use it.

What is it and what is it used for?

The problem I see is the 110v outlet is upside down (and recently replaced).

That is funny and I bet if you had hills in MO you would try that out. That was we call the double barrel slide.

My daughter talked me into going down a huge tube type water slide last Friday at Beech Bend in Bowling Green and I thought I was going to die.
