I'm going to Lake George RV park this coming week. I've never been there before. It's costing over $500 for a week. I sure hope that it's worth it.Any opinions out there??

If you going into town, I will say nothing. If you doing he Seven Flags it will be great with the children.

The tour boats are fine, and the Fort Is a great place to visit.

I was just up in a little town on 9H Lake Luzerne, there is some great horse back riding, and raft trips

If you go down into the business district, there is bridge that goes over a deep gorge. Hudson falls. You can watch the locals jump from ledges and the bridge that's close to 100 feet about the water. Just on the other side of the bridge is a tube and rafting out that seemed pretty cheap. Like $5.00 a tube. don't know if they had life jackets or not.

Yep, $71 bucks a night gets old fast. We used to stay there, but with their HIGHER prices and the same old thing, we stay at the Lake George Campsites. A LOT cheaper and QUIETER setting.

LGRVP is like lunch recess at elementry school.

Have a good time.

I'm sitting at Lake George RV Park right now. Been here since last Saturday. Leaving this coming Saturday. So much to do here!!! Probably the nicest park we have ever been to. During the day, sure there are kids out playing. But at night, it's dead calm. Very nice, and even at this price, we will be back for more!!!
