Happy Trails RV Resort in Surprise Arizona. Looks like a nice place for the coming snowbird season. Any comments on the place appreciated. We want to finalize something soon for Feb and March.

We stayed there a number of years ago for two years. It is a very nice Resort with tons of activities. We really enjoyed the stay there.
We rented the lot from individuals each time. I would highly recommend this park.
It is or was a park with the 10 year rule on the age of RV's. I believe if you owned your lot you were grandfathered in. I saw older well maintained rigs in the park.
BTW our motorhome at that time was getting some age on it so I lied about the age.  No one checked the age.

You not only said it, you said it right out loud!! Good for you though. If your rig looks good the age should not come into play.

I agree.
I think pride of ownership can come into play no matter what the age is.
If it is clean and well maintained the age should be irrelevant.
But that is just my opinion.
