Well apparently the RV Dealer who sold me my Bigfoot has gone out of business. All websites are down, RV-Trader Ads gone, and phones disconnected...hhmmm...no comment...

Have we heard anything about the manufacturers??? Is everyone still in business???

Such as:

Bigfoot
Lance
Arctic Fox
Host
Northern Lite

I know I've missed a bunch...anyway just curious.

(Sorry, I retracted my original post.) But it seems that there is a new interest in truck campers...I know two TT owners that recently went to buy Lance Campers, and leave their RV's home. I toured the new Llances and was amazed at the quality and features. We also d at the Fleetwood Caribou years ago, and it was nice, sorry to see it's gone now! I read an article about Host campers recently, they have some roomy new models and are thriving right now, as are the BigFoot brand.

Here in SoCal Lances are by far the most common, but we see more and more Okanagan Campers now, which I've never seen before, as there is only one dealer in the whole state!

Big Foot and Northern Lite are still in business here in British Columbia.

I wondering when Northern Lite is coming out with a "slide-out" camper?
I might want to buy a slide out camper, right now I own a Northern Lite.
But I might have to buy another brand because they seem to be the only one not producing slide out units. (Correct me if I'm wrong).

A reduced work week is something a company try's first to see if the market picks up.That way they don't loose there experienced workers for good. You can bet all the TC company's are looking a making smaller camper for 3/4 ton trucks.
