Does anyone have this problem and how did you fix it?
Cracking at the screw holes as if from vibration.
we have a 2008 Bighorn 3055RL but other makes have
the same problem.

Any and all ideas.
Thanks
Roy

Mine are cracking as well on my Cougar. I am afraid to ask the dealer how much it is to replace them.

Try drilling a small hole at the end of the crack. It is not a fix but it should keep it from running any farther.

Mine was broken (2009 Bighorn) just the other day when I had it washed, luckily it was able to repaired with crazy glue. I was thinking about checking with a body shop to see if they could back up the screw holes some how so they would be stronger.

I took mine off and applied "plastic weld" on the under side of each hole. Put them back on and sealed the seam and so far are "holding".

I repaired mine using an epoxy product made for plastic. I took the skirts off and applied it to the back side. I found the stuff at Wal-Mart.
