i was wondering if there is a way to bypass the blackwater tank and go straight to the rv park septic> im new to travel trailers and don't know much about them. ive talked to some people and they said you have to dump it every week . im going to live in one and thought there may be a better way so you dont have to mess with it (no pun intended)

The only way to do that is to have the plumbing in the RV redone. Actually it really wouldn't be that difficult.

Get a tornado installed. I just installed one in my TT. Works great!
I run it after I think everything is out. You would not believe what is still lurking around in there.

You have to let your black water tank fill to at least 3/4 full and then dump it. If you don't do this the tank will not empty.
you should close your gray water valve to get enough in the tank to rinse your hose after you dump. If you leave your black water valve open and your gray water valve you will get the smell of your septic in the RV.

This bit about letting the gray water tank wash out your hose is a little over done. If you dump your black tank every week, were talking what, five minuets of time here. If you leave your gray tank open, it will wash the stinky slinky every time you wash your hands. So to let the build up to wash out the hose is kind of over kill. If your going to handling the hose and putting it way, yes let the gray tank build up to flush it. Other wise it's just a matter of dumping the black tank every once in awhile.
Note: If you remove the black tank to hook it up directly to the waste, you will now have a Park Trailer pretty much. You will not longer be self contained. Most toilets drop right into the tank, so that would have to be removed, and the approbated fittings installed to allow you to hook it up direct. I will be a few hundred no matter how you look at it. You decide if it's worth it. Good luck and happy camping. Bill

You wouldn't have to remove your black tank. All you would have to do is add an intersection with a velve on one end and a pipe to the outlet pipe on the other end. Then when you want to use your black tank you can throw the valve. If you are going to be at a location for a long time you can throw the valve the other way and let everything wash straight down.
There is nothing complicated about the waste system in RVs. I've replaced a black tank - it's nothing but 3" PVC in and out of a tank which is nothing but a vented PVC box. Just tap into the PVC on either end of the box and you're good to go.
