Some campers at my park drove in with a brand-new 363 last Feb and gave me a tour. What a fantastic floor plan! I may upgrade to one myself. The only thing I'm not sure they offer is leather furniture, which I want in the next unit.
You can't go wrong, but you'll need at least a 1-ton dually to do the road work.

I have looked at the NUWA product over the years and have always liked what I saw. I have an Excel (made in the same neck of the woods) and am in the process of getting a new one. Something that you might not be aware of for the 2009 model year is that they lowered the length of the warranty to 12 months from 18 months. I don't know if this means anything to you or not but just thought I would let you know.
Thanks to all of you for your help! We do have a 2008 GMC 1Ton Dually Duramax/Allison, so we should be ok with the TV. We have talked to the dealer again and asked about possibilites of a few minor changes and it sounds like NUWA is very easy to work with also in that regard.
We are really getting excited about this new life we've chosen - can't wait to get on the road and meet you all. Hopefully the housing market will improve and our S&B will sell fast next spring!

Hitch hikers are nice units. I would like to ask how owners deal with everything outside, such as the dump valve, fresh water fill and etc.. Anyone could access those without your knowledge. Is it hard to winterize due to everything scattered here and there? Just wanting to know..

At least on our HH II the dump valves are locked away (not true on all models) ditto the fresh water fill is behind a locked door.
The issue for most RVs with locks for this sort of thing is how unique is the lock? You may think everything is locked up but if the builder used one standard lock that everyone has then the key is worthless.
As for winterizing I had to winterize after the PDI took 5 minutes with the help of the company selling it and after using it once had to winterize again took 10 minutes on my own. Very easy to do. Yes there is a fair amount of moving around but it isn't as if these units are 70 feet long and 20 feet wide. It's a camper fairly small.
