Thanks again for the additional input. The GFI that is tripping is in the house (if I didn't explain it earlier). So this morning I unplugged the converter/inverter. Then I plugged in the rig (shore power). No GFI trip. Then I unplugged the rig and plugged the converter/inverter and again no trip of the GFI . But when I tried to plug both in at the same time the GFI tripped. I could undertstand one GFI tripping, but all! I do believe they are all connected in series on the same circuit. However when I used a different plug elsewhere it tripped the circuit breaker. Further I pulled the fuse panel and checked for loose wires and shorts. Nothing. I think the only answer it to dedicate a 30AMP circuit/plug for the rig. I will look into this when I get home. If anyone has any additional thoughts they would be appricated.
