It's $1300 just to replace skirts on an 1121. The front end is more complex - as in curvy. $4198.75.

Hi Mikee,
I hope my guesstimit is wildly over. Outdoor Express quoted $90.00 for the roof caulking, $500.00 to do all the seams and screws. Fred at Outdoor suggested a through inspection to get to spots that are showing signs of deterioration. We have ridden out seveal Nor'easters and one tropical storm on Assateague Island that I'm sure have strained some seams. I have recaulked the lower rear seams above the bumper which had opened up as a result of fitting the extra weight of the back porch, so it's due now. We're leaving the beach next Tuesday to head to West Virginia for the caulkin.
We hope to see you and the yankee crew at the Fall Wingding if it does not over lap our Lance dealers annual campout.
Love to all,

We bought our 06 Starwood last labor day. I noticed some issues with the back of the trailer. I stopped by the Monaco service center and the service techs told me it was probable due to water getting in. They told me it wasn't covered under my 12 months warranty, per owners manual I'm suppose to check it twice annually. One tech pointed several joints for my to check right away. When I got to my brother in laws I borrowed a ladder and got on top. I found one hole the size of a quarter and 3 the size of a dime.

I learned a valuable lesson about checking roof seals/seams before I purchase it and doing better checks in the spring. I will also be getting a ladder installed so I can pop up there more regularly.

We are on day 61 of living in this during our transition to civilian life, and it has been an education on what is important for weekend camping and full timing.

Joe says $4,211. I say $3,844. We both hope it is a lot lower in reality. When we win the Klondike's we'll share them around the campfire.

Just came in from a roof and seam inspection on the Host. Ran our fingers over every single seam and only ended up cleaning and caulking the seams around the skylight in the bathroom. I don't think the original seam had split at all but it had some cracks in it. Roof looked pretty good. My seaming is NOT pretty but who cares - it's the roof and not usually open to viewing. We're supposed to have some monstrous rains on Thursday so better safe than sorry on Friday.
