We live in Wis. and get lost in it all the time. Did you encounter many detours on your trip?

No, just two. The one in Wisconsin when one suddenly encounters the barrier on 50 (with NO detour signs to indicate how to get around it), and once on 90 (or maybe 94) when you're suddenly going through the middle of a town, but that one had signage. Off the highway I did see many, but we rarely went off highway, which was tough for me...in all aspects of life I'm an "off highway" kind of guy.


The map shows the states my wife and I have driven (or camped) in together.
