We have a couple who worked their for a bit this spring.....I will ask them for comments........they left cause they just couldn't get dry and warn by May, they arrived in March.......this spring was a real tough one for cooler temps and humidity in oregon......I know of another couple who were working along the alsea and just couldn't stand it and had to leave in June.....same thing.....I'll ask and post what they had to say....
Sure looks like it has a ton of potential.....when it was for sale recently we looked long and hard at it before remembering we were full timing to travel for a while before we re-settled down...hahahahah
